At times, it is like no matter how much you try nothing is good enough. It doesn’t take long for you to feel insecure about what you’re doing and doubting yourself. The way you communicate is an important factor. This not only towards yourself, it also includes the way you talk to your partner, family and friends. The words you use influence your thoughts, behaviors and body sensations.
It is possible for everyone to find a balance in their life. In our work together, we will identify the emotions, thoughts and behaviors that occur in stressful situations. By identifying needs and wants, it provides clarity for yourself and also the dynamics of relationships you have with others. It will help determine the path that best suits your life.
With my experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and communication issues, I’d like to support you in finding a balance in your life
