My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping clients is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Depending on the client’s needs, I may use various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to look at and deal with unhelpful thought patterns, or person-centered therapy, to encourage self-acceptance and growth.
I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship, empowering clients to set goals, and developing helpful coping strategies. I will listen closely to your concerns and issues, ask insightful questions, and offer suggestions and guidance. My goal is to help you gain clarity and confidence, process difficult experiences, and help you feel that you are driving the train, and ultimately feel a sense of well-being and confidence.
