I have worked with many people who have challenges living with high sensitivity. It can be difficult and can also be a great gift! I support this experience with great respect.
NATURE BASED THERAPY (also known as eco-therapy):
Your therapy can include the healing found in nature, if you wish. There is great guidance and renewal in the natural earth. You belong to a wonderfully large and regenerative web of life and nature can be a strong ally for you. I have years of experience as a wilderness guide so I can support you in connecting with nature in ways that profoundly support the change you are seeking.
BODY INTELLIGENCE:
There is therapy that focuses on what we call body intelligence: the knowledge, wisdom and information your body holds. You can learn a lot about yourself by paying attention to a gesture, a posture or some chronic physical pain. We live through our physical sensations-our bodies are the miraculous vehicle through which we sense all of our experience, every day. Connecting deeply with your body-mind can profoundly shift your whole perspective on life.
TALK THERAPY:
It is certainly important to use the power of words and the curious mind so there can be an underlying foundation of understanding where old patterns came from and how to shift them. I can meet you there.
