My Approach to Helping

They appreciate my consistency, My approach is holistic in nature, looking at how your mind, body and emotional self are reacting to what has happened to you. Most people say they have a reduction in symptoms and feel more hope after just a few sessions.
I will provide you with effective, evidence-based, fully licensed psychotherapy, individualized just for you. I offer tools for stress reduction, depression management, anxiety relief, relationships and trauma. I also provide therapy for highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals who may need extra support and understanding about the ways their body reacts to our busy world.
Internalized trauma shows up in many ways. Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, shut down or even paralyzed from challenging experiences or situations is difficult. Ignoring trauma and abuse, past or present, does not make it go away. Compartmentalizing it does not leave it in the past. Talking about it means you are willing to start taking control and find your path towards healing. Together we can begin to sort out what has happened and find ways to help you feel better.
