My Approach to Helping
In moments we feel inadequate, uncertain, or even confused, we often look for a helping hand. As a therapist, I perfectly understand that we all need a little extra support at some point in our lives. Together, we will work out solutions that could help you grow as an individual. Working with me can help improve your emotional well-being, make peace with your past, and live the life you’ve always wanted. Our minds can get overwhelmed sometimes, but I will help you unravel what’s causing you stress. Whether it is anxiety, grief, abuse, or even a tough breakup – there will be no judgment from me. Help is just a phone call away.
I use an eclectic approach influenced by Person-Centered therapy, so expect our sessions to be conversational. I also draw inspiration from Gestalt methods, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other forms of trauma support I learned from working with people of all ages. I want to explore your history and understand the root causes of your stress.
Our counseling sessions will allow you to express freely and get the most out of therapy. Hopefully, my methods could help you find your voice, value your authenticity and uniqueness, and eventually reach your goals. I also believe in the power of introspection and self-acceptance, two ingredients necessary for growth and healing. I hope to hear from you!
