My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empathic, and holistic, emphasizing a strengths-based perspective. By integrating various treatment strategies such as narrative, motivational, harm reduction and cognitive behavioral techniques, we can uniquely tailor therapy to your intrinsic strengths and potential for self-actualization.
Although I work with individuals seeking therapy for a variety of reasons, my specialities include treating substance abuse, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bereavement and survivors of abuse. I am dedicated to fostering self-empowerment by creating a safe space where feelings and thoughts can be expressed and processed without self-judgement.
