My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. While working with me, it is my hope that you will build healthy and impactful coping skills as well as work towards finding peace and confidence in who you are and how you can face life’s challenges. Whether you're struggling with relationship issues, body image concerns, perfectionism, anxiety, or simply feeling lost and unheard, I'm here to help you navigate those challenges with a warm and non-judgmental presence.
I specialize in perfectionism, burnout, body image, and eating issues, helping my clients find freedom from anxious thoughts and self-doubt. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for your unique journey. I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices, to tailor our sessions to your specific needs.
