My Approach to Helping
Hello, I began my professional endeavors in service to others in customer service and the military. I attended Old Dominion University, formally pursued a career in counseling to continue to be of service, and I am now a licensed professional counselor. I have worked with a diverse population of people and communities. I am well-versed in several theoretical approaches and techniques to counseling, focusing on the needs of the individuals I work with. I utilize an open and genuine approach of inquiry and support, grounded in a humanistic foundation. I currently provide services in the evenings and most weekends.
