My Approach to Helping
Trusting your crisis, your child’s problems, your marriage or fears of the future to someone new might seem like a big step. However, if you are tired of feeling stuck in anxiety, anger, confusion or sadness, our therapists want to help you start moving forward again.
We’ve been providing high quality treatment and assessment in Somerset and Morristown since 2007. Strides offers both in-office sessions and virtual sessions (using HIPPA compliant platforms). We have experience with a variety of challenges, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, traumatic stress, relationship conflict, and school problems. We provide individual treatment, couples counseling and family therapy. Some of our specialty areas include play therapy, EMDR, LGBTQIA+ clients, and learning evaluations.
