My Approach to Helping
My goal is to create and provide a supportive space for individuals to work through emotional distress to heal and thrive despite life's obstacles. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I am skilled in working with adults who may be experiencing issues related to new life adjustments, relationship conflict, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, and chemical dependence. Over the years, I have primarily worked with adults as a social worker utilizing motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to facilitate growth and empower my clients through their healing journey.
