My Approach to Helping
Welcome. I'm glad you made the decision to seek out help and begin the process of feeling better. For many, this first step is difficult. It's important to find a therapist who is a good match in terms of style and therapeutic approach. My style of therapy is a collaborative process in which we work together to identify what you want your life to be like and how best to make that happen. I work to provide a nonjudgmental space in which clients are better able to discuss difficult topics, keeping an open mind throughout the therapy process.
I believe that everyone has the ability to increase their life satisfaction. I have training and experience in a range therapeutic approaches. I tailor the treatment for your needs and goals, combining insight oriented, solution focused, multicultural perspectives and mindfulness in my work.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them to utilize their full potential and to achieve more satisfying, meaningful relationships. I have flexible evening and weekend hours. I also provide psychological evaluation services to children, adolescents and adults.
