My Approach to Helping
Hello! I am a compassionate, supportive, and collaborative therapist offering short- or long-term therapy depending on what you need! I am here to provide you with a safe and nonjudgmental space to work through old pains and new life challenges with yourself or family members.
My areas of specialty include neurodiversity, trauma, sexuality, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have successfully helped clients become more confident in their bodies, emotionally stronger, and healthier overall.
I am trained in CBTDBT and internal family systems as well as mindfulness practices. I have found these modalities to be the most useful in assisting individuals but I treat every individual as unique and am always open to collaborating and finding the best possible modality for you. My practice is rooted in inclusiveness and accessibility.
