My Approach to Helping

I help people heal from within and discover their authentic selves. I am a strong believer in the mind-body connection and helping clients heal using their innate strengths and somatic experiences. As a trauma-informed therapist, it is my goal to ensure a safe, inclusive environment for clients to have the optimal space to process and authenticate their experiences and emotions by re-establishing the mind-body connection and restoring the nervous system to proper functioning.

I enjoy working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, somatic or bodily discomfort, nervous system dysregulation, and interpersonal issues such as identity, relationship, and communication challenges. My passion is serving underrepresented groups, including but not limited to, children and adolescents, individuals identifying as LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC. I welcome all family and friends of those struggling with drug or alcohol addiction as well as families and friends learning how to support their loved ones with navigating the coming out process.
