My Approach to Helping
Mental health challenges are often experienced as feeling overwhelmed by life, lacking fulfillment, or struggling with certain parts of ourselves and our past. We might feel swamped by life's responsibilities and anxiety about what to do next. My goal is to help you constructively deal with these challenges and to use them as building blocks for developing a rich and meaningful life. Through the process of therapy we cultivate a greater awareness of ourselves, others, and of what it means to be human. With this enhanced awareness we are better able to deal with our challenges in a values driven way and experience fulfillment as a result.
