Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Seeking and attending therapy does not mean you are weak or "crazy". It is a way for you to explore your experiences and situations that might not be working for you in your everyday life. The therapy room is a place when you can explore your emotions, behaviors, and conflicts without judgments, shame, and societal pressure to conform.
