My Approach to Helping
I have always wanted to be able to help people and help them find more peace in their lives. I have been a therapist for several years, specializing in various mental health disorders. As a therapist, I have worked with couples, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and many other mental health disorders. I am trained in the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and PCT. I served in the National Guard for 12 years in multiple jobs. I enjoy helping others and seeing them progress and grow. I am married with several young children that I enjoy spending time with after work and on the weekends. I find that at times in life, we all have struggles and that we need some help to get through. I enjoy helping people take control of their lives and ensure that they have the tools to be successful in all aspects.
