Hi, I’m Tierney, and I would love to be of assistance. I specialize in treating anxiety, mood, stress, and trauma issues. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, learn how to control worry and overthinking, heal from past traumatic experiences, create healthy relationships, and build a more peaceful and fulfilling life. I’m also a certified first responder counselor and have experience working with first responders.
As a certified neuropsychotherapist, I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness techniques to tailor treatment to your unique needs. My goal is to empower you with tools to manage overwhelming feelings, break free from negative thought patterns, improve your relationship, and find lasting relief.

In addition to providing therapy I’m also an adjunct professor and am pursuing a PhD. I enjoy teaching my clients new skills that they can take from therapy and apply in their life so they can achieve long term wellness.
