I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, learn how to control worry and overthinking, heal from past traumatic experiences, create healthy relationships, and build a more peaceful and fulfilling life. I’m also a certified first responder counselor and have experience working with first responders.
As a certified neuropsychotherapist, I integrate evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness techniques to tailor treatment to your unique needs.
