Therapy doesn't have to be a drag. Therapists are not all the same. If you're wondering if either could be helpful on your path to a richer and more fulfilling life, that puts you in great company! What I can say is that it's important to find someone you can relate to, feel safe to be yourself with, and maybe even have a few laughs with; after all, laughter is still pretty good medicine!
