My Approach to Helping

My approach to counseling is a Relational and Interpersonal approach that begins with establishing a safe and comfortable working relationship. Safety and trust are key factors in counseling and my goal is to provide a counseling environment where client's feel both safe and trust. Sharing life's struggles with anyone can be hard and yet is the most freeing and healing experience. Let's walk the journey together and see what healing and growth is possible in your life.

My Role as a Therapist

is not to have all the answers, but to assist you in finding them.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

I believe Therapy is like a pair of jeans... not every style fits every person, but there is always at least one style that fits every person. Therapists also have many different styles. Perhaps in past experiences, you didn't find the Therapy or Therapist style that fits you? I encourage you to be brave and give it another try, you might be pleasantly surprised.
