My practice centers around creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I take an empathetic and respectful approach, helping you explore your challenges and draw on your strengths to navigate difficult emotions, stress, anxiety, and life transitions. My goal is to empower you to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life. As a Christian therapist, I am dedicated to promoting mental well-being and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. I’m actively involved in community initiatives and co-founded the “Safe Space at the Door” mental health workshop program with Open Door Family Life Center. I host quarterly workshops on topics such as faith and mental health, parenting, and financial literacy. I am passionate about providing tools for growth and resilience, helping you not only heal but also thrive in all areas of life.
