My Approach to Helping
I provide a safe and judgment-free space to individuals, couples, and families via online therapy sessions. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential and humanistic therapy, somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and systemic and collaborative therapy.
When you’re struggling with negative emotions and intrusive thoughts, or just trying to understand yourself or others better, it can be hard to know what is needed to thrive.
