My Approach to Helping

As your therapist, I’m here to collaborate with you on your journey toward a happier, more fulfilling life. I strive to be approachable and easy to talk to, creating a comfortable space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings. Our sessions will start with a friendly check-in to reflect on your week’s highs and challenges, and together, we’ll explore coping strategies tailored to your needs. I’ll help you set meaningful goals and navigate any obstacles along the way. You’re not alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way!

More Info About My Practice

As a proud mother of a young adult, I understand the ups and downs of life firsthand. Along with my Master’s in Social Work, I hold a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration, which fuels my passion for advocating for social justice and making a positive impact in communities.

In my free time, you’ll often find me singing karaoke, experimenting with new recipes, or diving into DIY projects. I’m a firm believer in the importance of self-care and encourage my clients to find what brings them joy. Volunteering at homeless shelters is close to my heart, and I’m passionate about giving back.

My Christian faith guides my compassionate approach to therapy, creating a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe and supported. I value openness, respect, and genuine connection, and my goal is to help you navigate challenges and find your unique path to healing. Let’s work together toward a brighter, more fulfilling future!
