My Approach to Helping

Hi! I have over 25 years of experience as a licensed clinician in the District of Columbia. I offer primarily individual psychotherapy for adults ages 25 and older who want to address symptoms of depression, bipolar, anxiety, stress, grief, and/or anger. I utilize skills in cognitive behavioral therapy, from a person-centered foundation, with a holistic perspective to assist clients in gaining insight into underlying emotional and mental challenges. My goal is to assist clients in initiating the healing process that may lead to significant transformation.
