My Approach to Helping
So often, we know something is wrong, but we can't figure out what that is or see how to solve the problem. That is where I come in. I will help you explore what is holding you back with a warm, non-judgmental approach. With over 25 years of experience, I have worked with both men and women to explore what is preventing them from living the life that they want. I have worked successfully with people suffering from depression, anxiety, marital conflict, and trauma. I specialize in working with women and women's issues, low self-esteem, past sexual trauma, and relationship issues. I have worked in inpatient settings, community outpatient settings, and private practice as both a therapist and supervisor, so I bring extensive experience to my work with clients. I completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University and practiced for eight years in New Jersey before moving to Arizona. In the partnership we form, we will work together to help you manage the symptoms you are experiencing while unlocking the potential you have been trying to access.
