With specialized training in Gottman and emotionally focused therapy, sexual wellness, and transgender health, I work with all types of couples, offering personalized strategies to address your unique needs.

My specialty is in addressing relationship and sexual problems, anxiety, and depression.
I am trained and experienced in helping couples with trust issues, infidelity, communication, and sexual concerns. My 20+ years of experience, certification in pre-marriage and marriage counseling with additional training by the Gottman institute of marriage and emotionally focused marriage therapy has well prepared me to help you and your partner spouse.
I have a successful track record in helping clients suffering from anxiety and depression. Working together with clients, they improve their mood, feel more focused and motivated (get unstuck), reduce worry, and manage stress better. Clients have improved their relationship with them-self and others and improve their overall well-being. There is hope for you to enjoy your life more.
I am an affirming advocate of the LGBTQ+ community. I am a member of ALGBTIC (Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues in Counseling) with training from WPATH (the World Professional Association for Transgender Health).
