I most enjoy helping clients struggling with family of origin issues, those navigating through loving someone with a personality disorder as well as relationship issues.
My approach focuses on identifying what's holding you back from being truly happy and coming up with a plan, together, for what to do about it. Humor is an integral part of my work. Consider this: most of us don't fix our own cars or treat our own medical issues, so why try to "fix" your mental health struggles on your own?
