My Approach to Helping

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you really are?
Maybe you're constantly busy but secretly burnt out, battling self-doubt or shame that traces back to childhood experiences. Perhaps your relationships feel unbalanced, or you're navigating life with ADHD—diagnosed late or long ignored—and wondering why things that seem easy for others feel so hard. You might be tired of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or simply feeling like you’re always in survival mode. Deep down, you know there’s more. You want real change—something grounded, embodied, and lasting.

More Info About My Practice

I specialize in working with women, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs who are ready to explore their inner worlds and heal from old wounds. My clients are often navigating the effects of relational trauma, complex family dynamics, burnout, or life transitions. They long to feel more present, more connected to their bodies, and more at ease in their relationships.

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based work. I’m a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-Consultant (based on Brené Brown’s research), and currently training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also draw from psychobiological and mindfulness-based models to help clients access deeper regulation, resilience, and self-compassion.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about coming home to your Self. If you're looking for a safe, collaborative space to do meaningful, embodied healing work, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
