Therapy is a highly personal experience, and I believe in tailoring our work together to fit your specific needs and preferences. I draw from a variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, nature-informed therapy, and motivational interviewing, to address the challenges you're facing. Sometimes, we'll focus on immediate solutions for a pressing issue, and other times, we'll take a deeper look at patterns that may be influencing your life. My approach is flexible, so we can adjust our work as needed to suit your evolving needs.
I understand that taking the step to start therapy can feel intimidating. I’ve been there myself—entering therapy as a teenager was difficult, but it was one of the most important decisions I’ve ever made for my personal growth. I recognize the vulnerability it takes to seek help, and I promise that I will create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals without judgment. If I wasn't welcoming enough, we also have an in-office golden retriever that is always welcoming! While therapy may be uncomfortable at times, rest assured that I’ll be by your side through every step, helping you build the tools and confidence you need to move forward.
