My Approach to Helping
Greetings! My name is Wanda Clark. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I utilize a person-centered therapy approach specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Coping Skills to assist in managing symptoms effecting one's daily life.
In addition to approaching therapy with a person-centered approach, I often implement a strength-based approach to help clients realize their innate strengths and capabilities.
I work with adults of all ages, as well as teens.
Clients will find me to be a down-to-earth, relatable therapist creating- a comfortable platform to speak freely and openly.
I have always wanted the opportunity to help others in their journey to becoming their best selves and realize their fullest potential.
