My Approach to Helping
I see people for who they are and where they want to go, not "problems" or "failures." For example, I see "This is a person who has been affected by depression," not "This is a depressed person." I believe that we want to do our best, be happy, and do good. However, Many of us have been hurt, and many of us may not have the environments, resources, and knowledge to overcome challenges and grow.
My therapy, therefore, is not about blaming, finding excuses, or ruminating the past.
What will we do together in our meetings?
--Realizing and acknowledging what may have affected you from becoming who you want to be.
-- Learning skills and knowledge that enable you to feel happier and more effective.
-- Having an objective, honest, and supportive person to help you gain motivations and insights for you to take the leap and make changes.
-- Recognizing and using your strengths.
-- Gaining insights into other people and learning ways to build fulfilling relationships with self and others.
-- Create hope and a better future.
Therapy is a process of learning and exploring. I would be honored to be there to support you and help you to go through this learning and growing process.

My Therapy Focus
1. To help people to reduce and relieve from the challenging issues they are dealing with.
2. To help people to explore and learn ways to continue maintaining and improving their well-being outside of therapy.
3. To guide and support my clients to be a whole person -- the multi-facet persons who have the skills and knowledge to achieve their goals in various areas of their life ( Mental, psychological, career, and relationship, for example).
