My Approach to Helping
I am a meaning-centered counselor in Phoenix, Arizona with over 8 years of experience working in behavioral health. Today, more people come into therapy expressing feelings of emptiness and wondering, does life have any meaning? What makes life worth living? Is it all just meaningless suffering? Meaning-centered therapy and existential analysis are forms of counseling for those who are searching for a sense of meaning in their lives. Through meaning-centered therapy and existential analysis, we can realize our unique, innate, and creative potentials, discover the meaning potentials in the world waiting for us, and create a life worth living. I am excited by the thought of both therapy and philosophy; I look forward to exploring fundamental questions about human nature, the meaning, and purpose of human life, what we ought to do or strive for, and what we may hope to achieve or become.
