My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals and couples to develop skills for coping with anger, anxiety, boundaries, trauma, and stress in healthy ways. I also work with couples and individuals to improve connection with listening and recognizing each person\'s strengths. I use resources like the Gottman Relationship Check, which is a questionaire that reviews each partner\'s concerns about the relationship, so we can be focused on each partners concerns during treatment. Individually I use listening, my mental health knowledge, and experience to work with people to cope with depression, anxiety or anything which may be making them feel overwhelmed.
