My Approach to Helping
If you are looking at this page, it is very likely that you are in a challenging space. I am here to let you know that your suffering is not in vain. You are not alone! Suffering is all too often the very thing that most of us try to escape; however, suffering can also be the very thing that opens up the core of who we really are. There is hope! If you find yourself stuck or in need of support, I would love to walk alongside you on your precious and unique healing journey. I simply utilize a person-centered approach to walk alongside you as an equal partner. I also use a psychodynamic approach where we may explore your current mindset circumstances through the lenses of your inner child. Let us, together, acknowledge the internal voice longing to be heard, seen, acknowledged, recognized, and understood. Now is the time, and what a precious time it is. Let's do this!
