The focus of my practice is to help adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse andor more recent sexual assault, as well as other traumas. In treatment, I begin with psychoeducation, feeling identification, exploration of interpersonal patterns, and stress-reduction skills before gently helping the client explore their trauma narrative.
