About Our Center

Foundations Atlanta at Roswell provides a comprehensive outpatient treatment program for people with addiction, dual diagnosis, and other mental health concerns. We help the people in our care resolve adverse issues and develop the skills needed for long term recovery. At Foundations Atlanta, we view substance dependence as a disease. Consequently, we treat people in therapy with the respect and dignity given to any person who is in need of healthcare. This approach fosters a supportive, compassionate environment where men and women in treatment are viewed as individuals. We help people who have recently graduated from a residential treatment program, people who have experienced the benefits of recovery for several years and want to commit to the process once more, as well as people who are just beginning a new life in recovery.
