Mindful Connections Mental Health strives to reach the community by providing a number of services for the "whole family." This means we employ multiple providers with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds that allow us to address the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

About Our Center

Mindful Connections Mental Health is a small group practice employing up to 10 mental health providers in business since 2012. We work with individuals, couples, families, and groups ages 6+ and can address concerns ranging from life transitions to severe mental illness and relationship distress. We work to ensure a good fit for therapeutic relationships so our clients are comfortable and get the treatment they need the way they need it. Modalities offered: Solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, humanistic, play therapy, trauma focused, and more!
