Therapy group for women with chronic illness living in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, and New York. Join our 8-week online therapy group for women in their 18-20s and 30s navigating women's health issues, chronic illness, and chronic pain, including autoimmune disorders, endometriosis, adenomyosis, hypermobile spectrum disorder, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, dysautonomia, postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS), long covid, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Gain nervous system psychoeducation, trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tools as well as acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) tools. Feel supported by women who understand.
