My Approach to Helping

If you often find yourself caught in the cycle of “I’m just not good enough” or feel like your self-esteem is burdened by an endless loop of “Why can’t I get this right?” you’re certainly not alone. I’m here to help you turn those challenging thoughts into a celebration of your true worth. Life transitions, burnout, and anxiety can sometimes make it feel like you’re juggling flaming torches while running on empty. If you’re feeling drained or overwhelmed, think of me as your co-pilot—serious about supporting your well-being but ready to infuse our journey with a touch of humor and plenty of hope.
We will tackle life’s rollercoaster moments, burnout, and anxiety; aiming to find balance and reignite your enthusiasm for life. My approach blends DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Gestalt interventions to fit your unique needs. Whether facing specific challenges or seeking personal growth, we’ll collaborate to set goals and develop effective strategies.
Therapy can be a transformative journey, providing a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore, learn, and heal. Taking the first step might feel daunting, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Reach out for a consultation to discuss how we can work together to help you thrive, turning hurdles into triumphs with a bit of laughter along the way.

More Info About My Practice

I enjoy working with individuals aged 18+ facing challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, navigating life transitions, burnout, and body positivity. I particularly welcome those in the service industry, those with nomadic lifestyles (van-lifers, snowbirds, seasonal workers, travel bloggers, etc.), and individuals seeking a nonjudgmental space to be heard.
Life transitions, burnout, and anxiety can add to the mix, making everything feel even more overwhelming—like juggling too many balls or running on empty. Whether you’re coping with stress, exhaustion, or constant worry, we’ll tackle it all together. Let’s find balance, ease the stress, and rediscover your energy and enthusiasm for life.
