My Approach to Helping
It's great to have you here! Everyone deserves an environment that is centered on only them—a place where they feel recognized, accepted, validated, and understood. My therapy approach supports individuals in their courageous efforts to grow through genuine acceptance. Life is a journey of twists and turns, and I’m here to help you find your way. I appreciate variety and uniqueness, and I’m committed to connecting people to resources. You can often find me enjoying the beach, exploring new eateries, hanging out with my community, or discovering new experiences.
Modalities: I blend a variety of approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt, and Narrative Therapy.
Lived experience: Cisgender pansexual white woman, nomadic and multicultural upbringing, late-stage and end-of-life caregiving, growing up in a large diverse family experience, background in the service and medical industries, being a suicide survivor, and losing loved ones to suicide.
