My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about working with couples and individuals who are experiencing a range of challenges, both sexually and relationally. I primarily focus on couples and relationship work, sex therapy, and navigating anxiety, depression, and attachment wounds with my individual clients.

My clients come from all races, sexual and faith orientations, occupations and genders. Our work together may include relationship issues, infidelity and affairs, anxiety, stress, depression, sex therapy, out of control sexual behavior and more. My approach to therapy is authentic, relational, and trust based.

I am also an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist who is both comfortable and competent in sex, sexual dysfunction, BDSM and kink.

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy as primary guides to my work. I believe in the power of attachment, our need to be accepted, and in our longing for authentic personal connection with others. I have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and am currently working towards the designation of a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist.
