My Approach to Helping

Welcome! I'm really glad you're here. Too often, we put ourselves on the backburner. You choosing to invest in yourself is a huge first step and I am here to support you. You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly why you’re seeking therapy. We can determine those goals together. With over 7 years of experience within healthcare settings including hospice, adult cancer care, and pediatric healthcare, I specialize working with individuals and families navigating chronic and terminal health conditions, depression, anxiety, ADHD, suicidality, grief, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, and adjustment to life transitions.

My approach is holistic and considers the physical, emotional, and social aspects of well-being. My style of therapy is relational and based on a mix of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative, neurodivergent affirming, strengths based, trauma informed care, and grief work.

I offer a safe space for individuals (13+) who are ready to work toward improved mental health and wellbeing. If you're curious about how therapy might be helpful, I’d love to offer a free phone consultation to discuss what’s on your mind, explore your needs, and see if I'm the right fit to support you.
